Can I book online?

Reservations are accepted via telephone because we must get specific information regarding your event, times, and location. We must also be able to fit you into our delivery schedule. At the time that your reservation is placed, you will be added to our delivery schedule for that day. We require a deposit, and we will hold your date for a few days pending your deposit if by check.

How long does it take to set up?

Times vary depending on what services you request. Most bouncers take approximately up to 20 minutes to set up.

What surfaces can the bounce castles be setup on?

The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can setup on concrete, asphalt, parking lots, etc. Please specify which surface the bouncer will be setup on so we can provide the appropriate anchors.

How many children fit in the bounce castle?

Unit Size – 15ft X 15ft
Children under 8 yrs – 10
Children 9-12 yrs – 6-8
Teens – 6 teens of age of 13 and over
Adults – 4

Where can I set up a bounce castle?

Backyards, parks, gymnasiums, and just about anywhere else fairly level and clean will work great for a bouncer.

Are bounce castles safe?

Absolutely! If all the rules outlined on the Operating Instructions page of your rental contract are followed, and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe.

Do you provide a person to supervise the castle during the rental period?

Yes, we can for an additional cost.

Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery is always free when you rent with Bounce That House.

What if it is rainy or windy?

Bounce That House reserves the right to cancel a reservation (at no penalty to you) if there are heavy rains or high winds (over 20 mph). Safe operation of our units and customer safety is our utmost concern. However, once the unit is delivered, no refunds shall be issued due to bad weather.

Do you deliver and set up the units?

Yes. We will deliver and set up your bouncers and insure that it is clean and in good working condition before your party starts. Once the party is completed we will come back to take it down. Set up normally takes about 20-25 minutes, and take down takes about the same. This service is included in your rental fee.

How far in advance should I make my reservations?

The sooner the better! We reserve our units weeks and sometimes months in advance. We don’t want you to miss out on the fun!

What if we want to keep the bouncer longer?

Based on the delivery schedule on your day, you may receive extra time, at no additional charge to you. If the unit is available (unreserved for the next day), you can use it for a small fee.

Can I rent for longer then one day?

Yes. People often rent it for more then one day. Depending on the number of days you would like to rent it for, and the days on which the reservations fall on, discounts can be given for multi-day rentals.

How much of a deposit do I need?

No deposit required. At the current time we do not accept credit cards. Payment is by check, cash only.

What kind of power is required?

The bouncer must be within 100 feet of a dedicated 20-amp circuit. The blower uses as much electricity as an indoor fan once the bouncer is fully inflated. Please realize that only ONE BOUNCER may run per circuit. If you are renting multiple units or you are just concerned in general about your electricity, please make sure to ask our secretaries about the option of adding a generator to your order.

What are my responsibilities as the renter of the bounce castle?

You must assign a responsible adult to supervise the children while the bouncer is in use. This adult must know all the safety rules and make sure those rules are enforced. You are responsible for the safety of the children and for the care of the equipment.

What if it rains?

In the case of inclement weather (rain, snow, high winds, etc.) you can reschedule if you wish. If the weather looks inclement the morning of your event, we will make every effort to set up, but we must put the safety of your children FIRST. Bouncers become very slippery when wet.

Is food allowed inside the inflatables?

Water can harm the inflatables. Because of this, we do not allow drinks or water in the units at anytime. Damp bathing suits are not a problem inside Inflatables as long as people towel dry their skin prior to entering. Toys are also not allowed in the inflatable. Food and Gum are never allowed inside the inflatables.

Can I bring toys in the bounce houses?

No absolutely nothing can go in the house. That will make it dangerous for the children such as tripping or falling. No silly string can go in the houses (they will damage the houses). Also no smoking near the houses it can put a hole in the house and cause it to deflate on the children.

Will the bounce castle harm my lawn?

No, We also place stakes in the yard to anchor the bouncer. Please notify us of underground sprinkler lines, and try to keep that in mind when choosing a location for your bouncer.
